(Nasdaq: BVS) (“Bioventus” or the “Company”), a global leader in innovations for active healing, today announced that it will now report financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2023 after the market closes on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. The Company’s management will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time that same day to discuss the results and provide a business update.

At this time, the Company expects to report revenue for the quarter ended April 1, 2023, of approximately $119 million and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $17 million. The Company expects to be in compliance with all of its financial covenants under its bank agreement as of the end of the quarter.
