• Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions

Châtillon, France, June 11, 2025 - DBV Technologies (Euronext: DBV – ISIN: FR0010417345 – Nasdaq Stock Market: DBVT), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company (the “Company”), held its Combined General Meeting (the “General Meeting”). The General Meeting was chaired by Michel de Rosen, Chairman of the Company.
