BOTHELL, Wash. / Feb 16, 2024 / Business Wire / Immunome, Inc. (“Immunome”) (Nasdaq: IMNM), a biotechnology company dedicated to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 1,500,000 shares, at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Immunome from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are $230.0 million. All of the shares in the offering were sold by Immunome.
J.P. Morgan, TD Cowen, Leerink Partners and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow acted as lead manager for the offering.
