(Nasdaq: SMLR), is pleased to announce that it has appointed Doug Murphy-Chutorian, M.D., former CEO and a current member of the board of directors as chief executive officer (CEO) on an interim basis with immediate effect. The board intends to conduct a global search for a permanent CEO.
