(the "Company" or "SANUWAVE”) (OTCQB: SNWV), a leading provider of next-generation FDA-approved wound care products, today announced that revenues for the fourth quarter of 2023 are expected to be in the range of $6.6 to $6.8 million, an increase of 20% to 24% over Q4 2022. Fiscal year 2023 revenues are expected to be in the range of $20.0 million to $20.2 million, an increase of 19% to 20% over the fiscal year ended 2022.
“Q4 2023 was a record quarter of revenue for SANUWAVE driven by strength in the UltraMist product line. The preliminary revenue results described herein are based on management’s initial analysis of the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2023, and may be subject to adjustments based on the Company’s completion of its year-end financial close process.
