BRENTWOOD, Tenn. / Sep 22, 2025 / Business Wire / Ardent Health (NYSE: ARDT), a leading provider of healthcare in growing mid-sized urban communities across the U.S., today announced that it has successfully amended and extended its $777.5 million Term Loan Facility. The new terms reduce the applicable interest rate by 50 basis points from Term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) plus 2.75% to Term SOFR plus 2.25%. The transaction extends the maturity of the facility to September 2032.

The amended credit agreement is expected to reduce Ardent’s interest expense by approximately $3.9 million annually.
