(NYSE: MOH) (“Molina” or the “Company”) announced today that Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mark Keim, will assume an expanded role which will now include leadership of the Company’s Medicaid Health Plans and Marketplace business. His responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer of the enterprise remain unchanged.
Keim, 59, joined Molina in January of 2018 and was named Chief Financial Officer in February 2021.
