LINCOLN, Neb. / Nov 20, 2025 / Business Wire / NRC Health, the leader in healthcare experience management, today announced the appointment of David Burik as Executive Vice President, Strategic Insights, effective January 5, 2026.

David joins NRC Health from Guidehouse, where he has served as partner and leader of the Center for Health Insights, advising healthcare organizations across the country on strategic growth, performance improvement, and systems integration.

With over three decades of experience, David is widely recognized for his expertise in defining and executing healthcare improvement strategies, helping organizations navigate industry disruption, and developing innovative models that strengthen both financial and human outcomes.

At NRC Health, David will lead business for The Governance Institute (TGI) and Market Insights—two cornerstone platforms that connect NRC Health directly with the boards and C-suites of the nation’s leading health systems. In this role, he will guide these businesses into their next stage of growth, repositioning them as indispensable sources of governance excellence and strategic intelligence.
