UI continues efforts to seek to sell its 20 acre undeveloped Belize island property (see prior news release of June 7, 2023) and a further update will be provided as more information becomes available.

The Company advises that Deloitte LLP have chosen to resign as auditors of the Company for its pending fiscal year ended July 31, 2023 and that UI is working on engaging a replacement auditor firm.  The Company notes that there were no “reportable events” (NI 51-102, sub-section 4.11) related to Deloitte LLP.
